Most messages get a reply within a few business days; partnership and editorial requests sometimes take longer because we vet them properly rather than rubber-stamping.
What we can help with
- Affiliate and merchant partnerships. If you sell a home energy, solar, battery, portable power, insulation, or climate-control product and you'd like to be considered for the catalog, send us a link to the product and your affiliate program details. We only list products we can rate honestly.
- Corrections to ratings or product info. If you spot a price, spec, or eco-tag on a product card that's wrong, tell us which product and what's off. Our ratings are based on public information and can go stale, so we'd rather know.
- Nonprofit partnerships. We donate a fixed share of our own revenue to vetted environmental organizations. If you run a registered nonprofit that fits our focus areas and you'd like to be considered, send your mission summary and registered status.
- Press and editorial. Reporters and writers welcome — we're happy to explain the revenue model, the donation policy, and how the ratings methodology works.

If you have trouble signing in or accessing your ShopForTerra account, that's handled by the platform that hosts the site, not by our small editorial team — please reach Base44 support directly for account-specific problems. Everything else (products, ratings, donations, partnerships) comes to us.
